1. B2B Growth Services & Use Case

Sourcefinity provides a Commercial Growth System designed exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) service companies, including commercial cleaning, HVAC, roofing, and security industries. Our Services are intended strictly for commercial business entities, corporate decision-makers, and business owners. They are not intended for consumer or residential use. 

2. Form Submissions and Account Accuracy

When you request information, a business consultation, or a walkthrough booking through our lead generation forms, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information (including your name, phone number, business email, and company details). 

3. Telephone and SMS Communications Policy

By providing your phone number and checking the explicit SMS opt-in consent box on our web forms, you provide your express written consent to receive automated text messages (SMS) and telephone calls from Sourcefinity. 

  • Scope of Messages: Communications will focus strictly on coordinating your requested services, booking notifications, appointment confirmations, calendar availability, and commercial facility walkthrough updates. 

  • Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile provider. 

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your direct scheduling interactions, typically not exceeding 6 messages per month. 

  • Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to (410) 844-3200 or reply "STOP" to any message we send. We will send you a final text confirming your unsubscription. 

  • Support (HELP): Reply with the keyword "HELP" to any text message for support or contact us directly at info@getsourcefinity.com. 

  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, the Sourcefinity logo, custom marketing frameworks, interface designs, and digital assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sourcefinity and is protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without express written authorization from us.

5. Limitation of Liability
Sourcefinity provides its Site and Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to optimize sales pipeline generation and book high-value commercial walk-throughs, we do not guarantee specific contract closing rates or revenue outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sourcefinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or our digital appointment systems.
